Exchange and return available


Within 7 days of receiving the product. However, if the value of the product is lost because of the opening or damage of the packaging, it is not possible to exchange/return it.

If the contents of the supplied goods are different from the contents indicated, exchange/return can be made within three months from the date of supply or within 30 days from the date of knowledge.

Unable to exchange or return


If the product is lost or damaged because of your responsibility, it cannot be exchanged/returned. Provided, That this shall not apply where packaging or tags are damaged to verify the details of the product

If the value of the product is lost because the package is opened or damaged, exchange/refund is not possible.(e.g., perfume, contamination, etc.)

Unable to exchange/refund if the value of the goods has been significantly reduced due to your use or some consumption

Unable to exchange/refund if the value of the product is deemed to have decreased significantly over time to the point of difficulty of resale.

Unable to exchange/refund if the packaging of the product that can be reproduced is damaged
